Our classifier achieves 95%+ accuracy across the four core categories. It improves over time as it learns from your corrections. Misclassified emails can be re-categorized with one click, and the model adapts.
Is my email data private and secure?
Yes. Email content is processed in memory and never stored in plaintext. We use TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, and never share your data with third parties. Classification metadata is stored โ not the email body itself.
Which email providers are supported?
We support Gmail (Google Workspace), Microsoft 365 (Outlook), and any provider that supports IMAP. OAuth-based connections mean we never ask for your password.
Can I customize the classification categories?
The four default categories (lead, support, vendor, spam) cover most startups. Custom categories and sub-labels are on our roadmap for Q3. You can already adjust classification rules via the settings panel.
